EXCHANGE

Exchanges for TROVE products will only be entertained if we somehow shipped you the wrong product or size or the product you received was damaged. In such cases, you can get Online Store Coupon Code for the same amount (Excluding Shipping Charges) for future purchases. Requests for exchanges must be sent within 7-14 working days of receiving your order to our help address.

 

REFUNDS

Once we receive your returned item, our team will review your request and inspect the item. We will send you an email to confirm that we’ve received your item and are processing your request. We’ll follow up with another email once the request has been processed to let you know if your return was approved.

If approved, we’ll issue an online credit equal to worth of the article returned. You can use this online credit for your next online shopping.

 

EXCHANGE PROCEDURE

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, we’re happy to exchange the item for a new one. Please email trovepk683@outlook.com or call us at +92 311 1187683 within 15 days of receiving your product to begin the process.

How Return Works

After you’ve submitted a return request to trovepk683@outlook.com or call us at +92 311 1187683. After reviewing your request, if the article is delivered wrong from our side, then we’ll get it picked from your doorstep within 7 to 10 working days and you will not be charged for shipping. Once the article is received at our Warehouse and after checking the quality, we’ll issue an online credit that can be used for online shopping on TROVE.

 

ARE THERE ANY LIMITATIONS TO THE PRODUCTS I CAN EXCHANGE?

TROVE makes sure that all their customers are satisfied so we offer you the opportunity to exchange a product for another if the need arises. However, there are a few limitations as to how you can avail this opportunity.

  • Please note that items on sales and promotions are not eligible for exchange
  • Once sales start the final price at the sale will be the final price for any exchange
  • The product is in a re-saleable condition

Please make sure that all tags and items are intact and the garment is unused.
